Organist

Sam is an experienced organist, having played for many services, weddings and funerals. He regularly plays services including evensong and matins with sung Psalms, versicles, Venite etc. as well as for more modern church styles including gospel and Graham Kendrick-style. This year he has played for local churches including St Mary the Virgin at Lytchett Matravers, Our Lady of Lourdes and St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church (Blandford), St Peter & St Paul (Blandford), Milton Abbey School chapel, St Bartholomew (Shapwick), St Mary (Sturminster Marshall) and St Stephen (Kingston Lacy).

Sam is currently organist at Blandford Garrison.

Previously Sam was Director of Music for three churches in mid-Dorset (St Mary's at Sturminster Marshall, St Stephen's at Kingston Lacy and St Bartholomew's at Shapwick).

He enjoys playing Arrival of the Queen of Sheba, Widor's Toccata and every request.
