PIANO

ACCOMPANIMENT

I am available for exam, choir, solo voice or instrumental accompaniment with experience in many genres and at putting performers at ease with advice from my perspective.

MOOD PIANO

I love playing for weddings, parties, restaurants, and anywhere else! Playing the room to help get the mood just right is of great importance to me.  Many genres offered, requests welcome.

THEATRE

I have played keys for over one hundred productions and fifty productions and auditions.

RECITAL

I've performed Beethoven's third piano sonata (opus seven in Eb major), Chopin's Revolutionary Etude and many other pieces that are perfect for encouraging OCD!

I am available for exam, choir, singer or instrumental accompaniment in many genres with experience at putting performers at ease and to provide appropriate advice.

CHURCH SERVICES

I currently enjoy playing organ at three different churches for five services a month and am experienced in sung eucharist and psalms etc. I'm happy to accompany or lead choirs too.

FUNERALS

I have years of experience of playing for funerals and can offer advice for hymns and other music (usually prior and post service).

 

I am very happy to liaise with family members about their musical choices for the service, including special requests for the procession and recession.

I have MD'd around fifty shows for WOS Musical Youth Theatre, Camberley Theatre, Wessex Musical Theatre, P&P Productions, Shaftesbury Arts Centre and others.

BANDS

I've played in many bands in most styles: rock, pop, dance, jazz, big band, folk, rock and roll and more. I cover piano, organ, string and brass parts as well as using loops and clicks.

PANTOMIME

I enjoy MD'ing pantomime, from inception and collaboration through to arranging vocal parts, recording backing tracks and rehearsing to opening night and beyond.

 

I have MD’d about forty different pantos.
